Personality and Leadership Behavior
Personality and Leadership Behavior.
Knowles, Henry P.; Saxberg, Borje O.
In a
society riven by religious uncertainty, the values given by management
leadership become increasingly important. His responsibility and duty as a
leader are to impart just those ideas that may serve as a constructive
foundation for focusing the synergy of the organization's members. He must
impose norms of conduct on himself and be conscious that his activities
influence the design of society today and the thinking of tomorrow. Managers
are expected to go to the next degree of need fulfillment, known as
meta-fulfillment. These phrases allude to a spiritual dedication to living a
fruitful life. The manager may develop organizations of men mobilized by
synergy by being synergistic himself. (Author/CK)
